The AME Course duration is of 4 years. During 2 years, there will be academic training which consists of practical as well as theoretical knowledge of aircraft and its components. After completion of 2 years academic training Completion of Course Certificate will be issued to the candidates by Institutes. Then candidate has to undergo practical training in the live environment for 2 years to enhance the skills. In this 2 years, training candidate don’t have to pay any fees in fact the candidate will get basic salary as INR 20K to 30K per month. After completing the training of 2 years and clearing modules the AME License will be issued by DGCA.
After clearing AME CET, the candidate can get admission in one of the top AME institutes approved by DGCA, Govt of India. The fee depends upon the Institute which is chosen by the candidate. The AME Course Academic fee can be submitted in institute’s semester wise. There is an education loan facility also available by bank to pay the fees. The fee of institutes depends on the facilities they are providing. The exact AME Course fees details can be seen on the official website of the AME institute. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course Fees in India is relatively less than the abroad fees.
The Government & Banks also provide scholarship to the candidates as per government policies.
Hostel Fee is depends upon the facility provided to the candidate. It is not mandatory to take hostel. It is optional depending upon the requirement of the candidate. Every institute has their own hostel fee structure but it can be approx INR 25,000-40,000/- per semester. This fee includes caution fees.
