B.Sc. AME Course Eligibility Criteria

The candidates aspiring to study the course must make sure that they are eligible enough as per the specified criteria. The eligibility criteria of the B.Sc. AME Course can be found below:-

  • The applicants, who wish to take admission to one of the top AME colleges in Kanpur should take AME CET.
  • The candidates must have qualified their 12th with PCM or equivalent AICTE approved 3 years Engineering Diploma in the mechanical and electrical stream or any higher qualification in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the time of admission.
  • The appearing candidates are also eligible to apply.
  • The aspirants must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in their 12th.
  • The candidate must not have any color blindness or any physical disabilities.

B.Sc. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course Duration

The duration of the course of B.Sc. AME is 3 years. During the whole course, the candidates will learn about the maintenance of various parts of the aircraft. The course of B.Sc. AME involves a mix of theory and practice and the candidates also get to explore the aviation industry.

The fee of the B.Sc. AME depends from institute to institute. The amount of the fee will also depend on the facilities, placements, etc provided by the candidates. However, the fee amount can vary from 50,000-1,50,000/- per semester. After the candidate qualifies AME CET, he/ she will be able to able to get up to a 100% scholarship.

Furthermore, the hostel fee is not included in the whole course fee. It is based on the facilities provided by the hostels. The fee ranges from 25,000-40,000/- per semester.
