The campus of KCG College of Technology is beautifully landscaped in a lush green stretch of land spread over 38 acres at Karapakkam, which is about 10 km from Adyar on the Old Mahabalipuram Road, the IT corridor of Chennai. The college operates a fleet of buses connecting all parts of the city for the convenience of the students and staff.

With the challenging situation of global climate change and the need to cut down carbon emissions KCG College of Technology has taken an initiative by setting up 100 kW grid connected roof top Solar PV Plant at the terrace of Aeronautical Block.
The Department of Aeronautical Engineering is permanently affiliated to Anna University and also accredited by AICTE. The Department offers Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and the course covers, Aerodynamics, Aircraft Propulsion, Aircraft Structure, Aircraft Design, Aircraft maintenance, Air transportation and Avionics. The sky is our limit – Learn Aeronautical engineering fundamentals and bring out to the fore the capability of students to build futuristic flying machines. Well experienced and highly capable faculty at aeronautical engineering department with modern lab facilities will sow seeds of desire to learn and launch students into the field of aeronautics.
It is 4-year engineering program related to the manufacturing, planning, and construction of aircraft. The Department organises National and International conferences, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, symposiums and industrial visits in the field of aviation under the guidance of Dr. Anand Jacob Verghese, Director & CEO of the Hindustan group of Institutions. He is also the Vice President and Chairman (Chennai Branch) of Aeronautical society of India.

The hostels in our campus are designed to provide an ideal environment conducive for academic pursuit. All the hostels are provided with dining halls, uninterrupted water supply, reading halls, Internet connection, indoor recreation, television, and 24/7 medical facility. The hostel facilities help students feel at home and enable them to pursue their studies in a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The library is open till 7 p.m. every day and book exhibitions are conducted in the campus. Internet Lab services are available and the canteen is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The library is an integral part of intellectual power of our college. Library has an area of 11000 sq.ft and seating capacity for about 150 readers. At present, the library houses a collection of above 45,815 books, 905 back volumes, 3105 project reports, previous year question papers and more than 1962 multimedia packages like CD’s and DVD’s.
To conduct various Training Programmes of Physical Education & Sports. We provide the opportunities to conduct research on various aspects of physical education and sports and conduct training program in collaboration with various departments on different aspects on coaching, yoga and other related health & physical education fields.
Fitness to achieve and keep healthy body and weight for reducing stress, anxiety and depression which helps improving self confidence of the students. A gym encourages you to do both aerobic and strength training exercises. These promote heart health and weight loss, improve muscle strength, balance and flexibility.
A well maintained college canteen is operated by catering professionals. The students are offered with a wide range of meals (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian), snacks and beverages. A fast food centre also operates within the campus. Coca Cola also runs an outlet, selling food and & snacks.
KCG College of Technology places a strong emphasis on student career development by offering comprehensive training and placement support. The college has a dedicated Placement & Training Cell that acts as a bridge between students and the industry.
