The course is related to the maintenance, repair, and solving the trouble faced in aircraft and its components such as wings, airframe, landing gear, etc. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer has the responsibility of an aircraft and its passengers at the ground. They have to make sure the flight is ready for take-off. AME has to signature on Flight Releasing Certificate without (FRC) then only flight can take-off.
There are two durations of the AME courses which are such as:-
AME along with B Sc. (AME) runs in parallel. It is an integrated course that allows the student to get a degree and license. The duration of the AME and B Sc. (AME) is 3 years. The academic knowledge will be together at the Institute, and live training will be held in a flying environment such as airlines, MRO organizations, aircraft manufacturing, etc. After completion, AME Academics 3 year’s candidate has to undergo practical training for 2 years. At the time of training, stipend will be provided to the candidates.
AME along with BE (AME) is an integrated course. Both courses run in parallel so that student is able to get a degree and license. The duration of the AME and BE (AME) is 4 years. The academic knowledge will be together at the HCAT AME institute, and live training will be held in a flying environment such as Airlines, MRO, etc. After completion AME Academics 4 years candidate has to undergo practical training for 2 years at the time of training, the student will get a stipend from the organization they are doing training.
